Product Faults and Warranty
At Riff Raff Baby, we stand behind the quality, safety, and reliability of our products.
If you experience an issue with your product we will endeavour to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Our Manufacturer’s Warranty
We provide warranty coverage against faults on all of our products for 6 months after purchase with the exception of our Soundbox which we cover for 12 months from purchase.
What’s not covered:
- Damage from misuse or neglect (e.g. throwing, dropping, washing, drying)
- Normal wear-and-tear (e.g. chewing, ripping, etc.)
- Unauthorised modifications, alterations, or personalisation
Reporting Faults & Filing a Claim
Please always inspect your product immediately on arrival and contact us straight away if anything seems faulty.
As soon as you become aware of an issue please email our Customer Service team at support@riffraffbaby.com with the following:
- Order Number
- Name and email of purchaser
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos/videos showing the fault
- Batch code (on care tag or soundbox case)
- Photo of shipping label (if possible)
We will assess your claim, offer troubleshooting help, and - if necessary - request you return the item to us at our cost for further evaluation. If the product is confirmed faulty, we’ll offer repair, replacement, or refund (as appropriate to the situation) as quickly as possible.
