Product Shipping
Our warehouse team works hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please note: All orders are currently shipped from Australia.
- Standard Orders - Dispatched next business day after your order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Limited Edition Products - Dispatch times may vary and will be clearly advised at the time of each product launch.
We’ll always send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping and Delivery Issues
We want your Riff Raff Baby order to arrive safely and on time, and we’ll always do our best to help if there are any delivery hiccups.
Once Your Order Has Left Our Warehouse
- Once your parcel has been dispatched and is in the hands of the delivery provider, we are not responsible for any delays, redirections, or handling issues.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.
Correct Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering.
- Your parcel will be sent to the exact address you enter at checkout.
- Riff Raff Baby is not responsible for parcels lost or delivered to an incorrect address if the details provided were inaccurate.
- If you are sending a gift, please ensure the contact phone number and email address are of the recipient to ensure a smooth delivery of your gift.
- Tip: If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it in time.
Undelivered or Uncollected Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect delivery address, or
- Being uncollected from a pick-up point,
an additional postage fee will apply to send it out again. If this happens, we’ll get in touch with you to arrange the next steps.
Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, we recommend:
- Checking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contacting the delivery provider directly for the most up-to-date information.

Package Theft
Unfortunately, instances of package theft are increasing. Riff Raff Baby is not responsible for parcels stolen from your property after delivery has been confirmed.
If you suspect your package has been stolen:
- Report it to your local police as soon as possible.
- Contact the delivery provider - they may be able to open an investigation.
