Return and refund policy
We want you to love your Riff Raff Baby products and your whole purchasing experience with us.
This policy explains our change-of-mind returns policy which has been developed to comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which cover online purchases.
Conditions for Change-of-Mind Returns
- If you receive your order and you wish to change your mind about your purchase you must contact our Customer Experience team within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in as-new condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.
- Change-of-mind refunds are made to the original payment method only, we cannot provide change of mind refunds to gift recipients.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs

- Personalised products (as these have been altered to your bespoke requirements)
How to Start a Change-of-Mind Return
- Contact our Customer Experience team at support@riffraffbaby.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation.
- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items upon delivery
If when you receive your order any item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately at support@riffraffbaby.com.
- We’ll cover all return postage costs.
- We’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund
