1. Slowly introduce
The idea behind these toys is that the feel, smell and sound of the toy will act as a positive sleep association to then enable you to withdraw supports that you no longer want to continue. That takes time.
2. No big changes
Simply combine their new bedtime buddy into your existing process. So if you are feeding or rocking to sleep just continue to let them fall asleep for a few nights in your arms as normal but hold your new toy there with you and let your Little One's hand touch the fabric and have the tune playing from the start of the process.
3. Consistency
As they finally go off to dream land they need to be hearing the magical sleepy tune and, if they are bigger bubbas, able to feel the fabric - every time!
4. Back away
After a few days you hope that some of the magical powers are rubbing off on your Little One so it is time to start the extraction plan. Slowly start removing the undesired support just seconds before sleep. Each night just remove a little more - bit by bit.
5. Persistence
Giving your baby the skill of sleep without your help can take time. The night you see your Little One reach for their sleep toy and their little eyes just cannot stay open when they hear that tune... it will be all worthwhile.
Always adhere to SIDS safe sleeping guidelines. Do not leave an infant unattended with anything in their sleep environment. Use the provided tether strap to secure the toy to the outside of the infant's crib. Babies will experience comfort from seeing and hearing the toy, even when it is not within their reach.

We absolutely LOVE our Riff Raff! It has quickly become one of our favourite things for our daughter, Isabel. She absolutely loves it and it’s become such a comforting part of her sleep routine.
The quality is beautiful, it’s incredibly soft and I love that it’s something she can grow up with and hopefully treasure for years to come. Anything that helps make bedtime a little calmer and gives her that extra bit of comfort is a huge win for us!

Mr Fox as we are calling him has become an all day essential. My bub loves playing with him during floor time by grabbing the soft blanket and mouthing at the ears, come sleep the white noise is perfect especially if we are out and about as it's like taking the routine with us. Where the toy really shines though is in the car, car rides were full of screaming until we learnt that if Mr Fox is with him his happy or will even fall asleep.
The overall quality of the toy itself is fantastic too and easy to use, the strap designed for holding a dummy has been super useful for us even though we don't use a dummy, we can strap him to the pram, baby carrier or anywhere really.

We got banjo at my babyshower I introduced banjo once my daughter was in her cot at three months old she’s now 2.5 years and banjo goes everywhere with her, the shops, childcare, potty time you name it
Banjo is beautiful and the best comforter we could have ever given her we’re about to order a new banjo to have as a spare as banjo got lost in the car and it was game over we love riff raff so much that I’m hopping to order one for my infant and one for a friend whose expecting

My daughter absolutely loves her Blush Bunny! She loves listening to the beautiful lullabies at bedtime, and it helps her settle and sleep so comfortably. One of her favourite features is being able to hear Mumma’s voice when she clicks Blush’s ear — it makes bedtime feel extra special and comforting.
