SMS Marketing T&Cs

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Mobile Terms”) govern your use of Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd’s mobile message service (“Service”), operated by Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd (“Riff Raff Baby”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. How It Works
By providing your mobile number and selecting to opt in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Riff Raff Baby, including:
- Service-related updates - e.g. order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts.
- Marketing messages - e.g. promotions, special offers, cart reminders, and product updates.
- Important: Marketing SMS messages are optional and require explicit consent. You can shop with us without subscribing to SMS marketing.
2. Message Frequency & Costs
- Message frequency varies depending on your activity.
- We do not charge for sending SMS messages, but your mobile provider’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.
- You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile provider.
3. Your Consent
- By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number provided is your own and that you are over 16 years old or have parental consent.
- You understand that your consent to receive marketing messages is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
- Your consent covers both service-related and marketing communications, as explained above.
4. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving marketing messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS we send, or
- Clicking the unsubscribe link (where available), or
- Contacting us at support@riffraffbaby.com.
You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further marketing SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.
Note: You may still receive service-related SMS messages (e.g. order confirmations, delivery updates) if they’re necessary to complete your purchase.
5. Managing Your Preferences
If you have subscribed to multiple Riff Raff Baby SMS programs, you’ll need to unsubscribe from each one separately unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery & Liability
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, as this depends on your mobile network provider.
- You must provide a valid mobile number and notify us if you change it.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with:
- UK GDPR
- Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
- Our Privacy Policy
We only use your mobile number for the purposes described in this policy and will never sell your details. For more information, please read our full Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Service
We may update or change our SMS Service (including our short code or sending number) at any time. If we do, we’ll notify you where possible.
